with ima design all products will be shipped from London, uk. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after it has been processed. via royal mail or DPD to the uk. For international DHL
once we ship your oder you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be provided. please allow 7-10 days for delivery once your oder has been shipped.
we also provide courier delivery to the uk.

we will pack your items in person, protecting as much as we can so they stay safe during transport.
please make sure that the address provided is correct. a telephone number is requested incase the delivery company need any extra information.

Return & Exchange Policy
We always want you to be satisfied and happy with your product that you have purchased from ima design, due to the nature of are business we will only be accepting product that have been damaged in transport. please contact us within the first 5 days if that is the case via email imadesignltd@gmail.com so that we can provide the shipping address, please be aware that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be subtracted from the price before the refund.
Please note that most of the items we sell are handmade using natural and raw wool, meaning that the may come with some imperfections, due to the way they have been made as well as the materials used.
